Overview:
Let me know if you want more Infographics like this. Today I finished the Elizabeth Arden Millenium Revitalizing Tonic. This toner contains 150ml of product and it's retailed for about $20. This is an old Elizabeth Arden toner, you can't even find it on their webpage or Amazon last time I checked, however, if you're interested in this product you can find it on Ebay. I only had the opportunity the try half of the bottle because it had another owner before me, but my "half" experience with this product was OK, I guess. I was expecting more from this toner because of the brand. Also, the amount of product is not much considering the price because I have bought toners of 250ml for less than $15. I will not be repurchasing this product, I think there're better toners in the skincare industry. What do you think about this product? Comment below! Toners are necessary for every skin type, you just need to find which one better suits your skin. Most toners are water-based liquids, that have the purpose of balancing the pH level of the skin and remove any residue (impurities, make-up) left behind after cleansing. They also hydrate the skin to add a layer of protection. It can contain numerous active ingredients, which fulfill different purposes like:
I could't possibly put all of the sheet masks in just one box, as they will not fit. Also, I own a lot of moisturizers and a couple of water-based cleansers, so a box of their own was necessary. Since I'm not planning to use any new toners or oil-based cleansers anytime soon, their box will be located in the middle, and yes it does matter. Why you are asking? Well, the middle is the hardest place to reach and if I'm not going to use any of those products now, it was best to put them in that position. I know, I know, you think I got a little carried away to just organize four boxes. Still, keep in mind that you should organize your products using a system you understand and feel uncomfortable with. For me it's easier to name each box depending if what's inside of them. Also, it keeps things from mixing up and it helps me to reach the product that I want faster. It's not only easier to store your products by category in boxes, it's also beneficial. Why? Well, skincare products shouldn't be in contact with direct sunlight, whether it is a toner, moisturizer, eye cream, etc. For more information about where to store your skin care products, visit this article: bit.ly/2jcwTbY
Toner
Review: I think this product it's "OK", I actually expected more of this toner. It has a reasonable amount of Rose oil, but after I used this toner, I didn't feel my skin hydrated. Even though a toner purpose is not to hydrate, the product does say on the label and a quote: "deep hydrating". MemeboxHave you tried any other rose base toners? Tell me about them, comment below. |
